AI employees

# Three jobs, run by agents, approved by you.

An AI employee is one named workflow with a log. A person approves the step that matters. We run these ourselves first. Production starts from $8,000 a month.

The roster

## Start with one. _Add the next when the first is boring._

01

### [Lead qualification](https://www.strataigize.com/services/ai-systems/lead-qualification-agents/)

Reads the inbound form, scores the company against the offer you already sell, and drafts the reply. A person sends it.

- Works the queue you already have
- Writes the reason for the score
- Stops when the record is thin

02

### [Customer answers](https://www.strataigize.com/services/ai-systems/customer-support-agents/)

Answers the repeat questions from your help docs and your past tickets. Anything outside that scope waits for a person.

- Cites the source it used
- Escalates refunds and account changes
- Logs every reply

03

### [Weekly reporting](https://www.strataigize.com/services/ai-systems/client-reporting-automation/)

Pulls the numbers from the ad accounts and the CRM, and writes the Monday note in your format. You still approve what a client sees.

- Same columns every week
- Flags a number that moved
- Does not invent a result

Each role is a system we already publish. The [agency case study](https://www.strataigize.com/case-studies/how-agency-uses-ai-agents-automate-busywork/) is our own operation: 50 or more hours a week back, on our work, not a client claim.

How you buy one

## Audit, one pilot, _then a retainer._

The [AI Opportunity Audit](https://www.strataigize.com/offers/ai-opportunity-audit/) is $7,500 fixed over two weeks. It lists the workflows and the hours. If you go ahead, that fee is credited to the build.

The [pilot](https://www.strataigize.com/offers/pilot-build/) is one workflow, $25,000 to $60,000 fixed, with a success metric and a kill threshold written down before we start.

The [production retainer](https://www.strataigize.com/offers/production-retainer/) starts from $8,000 a month. We monitor the agents, keep the logs, and expand only the jobs that already cleared the pilot. Ad spend, if any, is billed by the ad platforms to accounts you own.

Questions

## Before you _brief a vendor._

Is an AI employee a replacement for a hire?

No. It is one bounded job, with a log and a person who approves anything that changes money, a customer, or a client record. Headcount stays yours.

What does it cost?

Published prices. The two-week AI Opportunity Audit is $7,500 fixed and credited toward a build. A pilot of one workflow is $25,000 to $60,000 fixed. Running the agents after that starts from $8,000 a month. The full list is on the pricing page.

Do you train models on our data?

No. We use commercial model APIs under terms that exclude training on your inputs and outputs.

## See which job should go first.

Thirty minutes. We name the workflow, the approval, and whether it belongs in a pilot.
