# Best SaaS SEO Agencies in 2026: Prices, Receipts and Fit

By [**Ian McGavin**](https://www.strataigize.com/about/team/ian/), Co-Founder & CMO · Published September 6, 2026 · 12 min read

The best SaaS SEO agencies in 2026 are the ones that will show you a price and a pipeline number before the first call. We checked eight on their own sites on September 6, 2026: Strataigize (Vancouver, SEO plus AI search, prices published), Omniscient Digital (Austin, content-led, from $10,000 a month), Breaking B2B (bottom-funnel SEO and answer engine optimization, plans from $5,500 a month), Powered by Search (Toronto, full demand engine), Skale (product-led SEO measured on signups), Siege Media (enterprise generative engine optimization and content), Kalungi (full-service B2B SaaS marketing) and Minuttia (Google and AI search strategy). Three publish a price. The right one depends on which number is stuck: signups, pipeline, or your name inside AI answers.

## Eight Agencies, Three Published Prices

Three of the eight print a price. We checked every agency below on its own website on September 6, 2026, and “none published” means we looked, pricing page included, and found no figure. One of the eight is us, listed in the first row.

| Agency | Where | Published pricing | Core strength | Best fit |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Strataigize (that’s us) | Vancouver | Yes: website optimization from $4,000/mo (typical $4,000 to $10,000), AI search from $5,000/mo (typical $5,000 to $12,000), [full ranges](https://www.strataigize.com/pricing/) | SEO and AI-search citations run as one program, measured on pipeline | B2B and SaaS teams whose bottleneck is being named in AI answers and converting the visit |
| [Omniscient Digital](https://beomniscient.com/) | Austin, plus New York, San Francisco, Chicago, Boston | Yes: “Full-service engagements start at $10,000 a month” | Content-led SEO and generative engine optimization (GEO) with programmatic and technical work behind it | SaaS with the budget for a content engine at scale |
| [Breaking B2B](https://www.breakingb2b.com/pricing) | Not stated on site | Yes: tailored scope from $4,000/mo, named plans $5,500/mo (Silver) to $20,000+/mo, six- or twelve-month terms | Bottom-funnel SEO and answer engine optimization (AEO), senior-led | Early to mid-stage B2B SaaS that wants commercial pages before blog volume |
| [Powered by Search](https://www.poweredbysearch.com/) | Toronto | None published | SEO, GEO, paid media, account-based marketing and demand generation under one roof | SaaS that wants a whole demand engine, not an SEO vendor |
| [Skale](https://skale.so/) | Not stated on site | None published | AI-search-first organic growth measured on signups and SQLs | Product-led SaaS with a free trial or freemium motion |
| [Siege Media](https://www.siegemedia.com/) | Austin, New York, Chicago, San Francisco | None published | Generative engine optimization, content and digital PR at enterprise scale | Enterprise SaaS and marketplaces with a content and PR budget |
| [Kalungi](https://www.kalungi.com/) | Kirkland, Washington | None published (engagement tiers by ARR) | Full-service B2B SaaS marketing, SEO inside it | $1M to $10M ARR SaaS that needs a marketing function, not a channel |
| [Minuttia](https://minuttia.com/) | Not stated on site | None published | Google and AI search strategy, human and AI content, digital PR | B2B SaaS that wants one team on both Google and ChatGPT visibility |

Four more were checked and left out of the table for a reason each: [Grow and Convert](https://www.growandconvert.com/) (conversion-focused content SEO, “10+ years, 100+ clients”, no price), [Scalerrs](https://www.scalerrs.co/) (AEO plus SEO for B2B SaaS, no price), [SimpleTiger](https://www.simpletiger.com/pricing) (packages “start at 5% of revenue or funding”, no dollar figure) and [Directive](https://directiveconsulting.com/) (now a performance marketing firm across paid, content and PR with six offices, so SEO is one line of many). All four are credible. None of them changed the shape of the shortlist.

## How We Judged Them

Three tests, applied to every row including ours.

**A price you can see.** SaaS buyers price the decision before they take a call. An agency that prints a starting figure has done part of your qualification for you. An agency that prints nothing is asking for the call first, which is a choice, and it tells you how the relationship will go.

**A number a CFO recognises.** Traffic is an input. Signups, SQLs, pipeline and revenue are outputs. We read each agency’s published results and noted which unit they lead with. Skale’s site leads with signups and revenue; Kalungi’s with pipeline and MQLs; Siege Media’s with citations and traffic value; Minuttia’s with organic visits. None of those is wrong. They tell you what the agency optimises when nobody is watching.

**AI search in scope, with a method.** Google’s own [AI features guidance](https://developers.google.com/search/docs/fundamentals/ai-optimization-guide) says there is no special format for AI Overviews and AI Mode, and the late-2025 citation analyses disagree on how much ranking still buys you: [BrightEdge](https://www.brightedge.com/resources/weekly-ai-search-insights/rank-overlap-after-16-months-of-aio) found 16.7% of AI Overview citations coming from top-ten results, [Originality.AI](https://originality.ai/blog/google-ranking-ai-citations-study) put it at 52%. Either way, a SaaS SEO program that stops at rankings now leaves part of the buyer’s research untouched. Every agency in the table names AI search somewhere on its site. The question we asked is whether it describes a measurement, which is the part that separates a service from a slogan.

## The Eight, One by One

### 1\. Strataigize (that’s us, and here is the case)

We run SEO, conversion work and AI-search citation building as one program from Vancouver, and every number we publish links to a page you can check. The B2B version of that program, scoped and priced for pipeline rather than traffic, is described on our [B2B SEO agency](https://www.strataigize.com/b2b-seo-agency/) page. Our prices are on the [pricing page](https://www.strataigize.com/pricing/): website optimization from $4,000 a month with a typical range of $4,000 to $10,000, AI search optimization from $5,000 a month with a typical range of $5,000 to $12,000, month to month after the first three months.

The receipt is our own site. A late-2025 push took ChatGPT-attributed sessions from 38 to 474 and logged 117 Semrush AI citations as of December 9, 2025, with leads attributed to ChatGPT and Perplexity; the before-and-after is in [our AI SEO case study](https://www.strataigize.com/case-studies/ai-seo-changed-everything/). Both of the only two clients our website has ever produced arrived through AI answers, and 95% of that revenue is one deal, so treat it as proof the channel closes at our deal size, not as a rate.

Fit: a B2B or SaaS company whose buyers already ask assistants for a shortlist, and whose site converts badly once they arrive. Not the fit: a team that needs forty articles a month from a content factory. Several agencies below are built for that, and we are not.

### 2\. Omniscient Digital

Austin-based, with offices in New York, San Francisco, Chicago and Boston. The positioning line is that “SEO, GEO, and content should drive business growth, not just traffic”, and the site backs it with named SaaS results: Jasper’s organic sessions up 810% and product signups up 400x, Smartling’s $3.7M of pipeline through organic search, Order.co’s blog conversions up 39x. Services run from SEO strategy and technical SEO through programmatic SEO, GEO, link building, digital PR and content production.

The price is on the homepage: “Full-service engagements start at $10,000 a month.” That is the highest published floor on this list and the clearest. Fit: a SaaS company with product-market fit and a budget for content at volume. Not the fit: a seed-stage team that needs its first ten commercial pages.

### 3\. Breaking B2B

The most transparent pricing on the list, with an inconsistency worth knowing. The homepage says “Plans from $4k/mo”; the [pricing page](https://www.breakingb2b.com/pricing) lists Silver at $5,500 a month, Gold at $7,500, Diamond at $9,700 and a Category King tier from $20,000, on six- or twelve-month terms, with a separate enterprise ladder from $8,500. Ask which figure applies before you budget.

The pitch is “B2B SaaS SEO & AEO for revenue NOT vanity”, senior-led, with results such as VerifyTreatment going from 5 to 32 demos a month from organic and Kubaru doubling organic leads. Fit: an early to mid-stage B2B SaaS that wants bottom-funnel pages (comparisons, alternatives, pricing intent) before it wants a blog. Not the fit: an enterprise that needs multi-region scale from day one, which its own top tier prices accordingly.

### 4\. Powered by Search

Founded in 2009 by Dev Basu, and the host of Toronto’s InboundTO meetup series for years. It has grown into a full B2B SaaS demand engine: SEO, GEO, paid media, digital PR and link building, account-based marketing, content, demand generation, RevOps and web design. Logos on the homepage include Elastic, Fortra, Basecamp, Varonis and SentinelOne. The homepage claim is about the whole engine rather than SEO alone, and it is unquantified: “Our Predictable Growth Model drives millions of dollars of revenue for our clients every single month.” The SEO page is where a ratio appears, “$5 ARR for every $1 invested”, and the results page claims “$100,000,000+ in closed won revenue” tracked in client CRMs rather than in marketing-qualified leads. Checked September 13, 2026.

No pricing is published. Fit: a SaaS company that wants one partner across organic and paid, with pipeline as the shared scoreboard. Not the fit: a team that wants an SEO specialist and nothing else; you would be buying a wider machine than you need.

### 5\. Skale

Skale calls itself an “AI search-first organic growth agency for tech and SaaS brands” and says it has “helped over 60 SaaS brands”. Its results are stated in the units a product-led company runs on: Rezi’s revenue up 86% in 18 months, Attest’s organic product signups up 8.5x year on year, Slite’s product signups doubled in three months. Services cover generative engine optimization, AI brand mentions, SaaS SEO, link building, content production and website migrations.

No pricing is published. Fit: a product-led SaaS with a free trial or freemium plan, where signups are the number and the agency can be judged on them monthly. Not the fit: a sales-led enterprise product where the SEO win has to be traced through a six-month deal cycle.

### 6\. Siege Media

Siege Media now leads with generative engine optimization (“We drive LLM visibility for startups and enterprises”) and keeps content strategy, digital PR, affiliate partnerships, Reddit marketing and research reports underneath it. Offices in Austin, New York, Chicago and San Francisco. The results are enterprise-sized and stated in citation and traffic-value terms: Instacart at 46.5k citations in AI assistants (Siege’s “LLM citations” metric, LLM meaning the large language model behind each assistant), Zendesk at 98% “LLM visibility”, Zapier at $6.1M in traffic value, a claimed $148,646,000 in yearly client traffic value across the book.

No pricing is published. Fit: an enterprise SaaS or marketplace with a content and PR budget and a brand worth citing. Not the fit: a smaller SaaS whose problem is commercial pages that do not convert; traffic value is not pipeline.

### 7\. Kalungi

Kalungi now leads with “#1 B2B SaaS marketing agency” and “GTM-as-a-service for predictable growth”, and sells go-to-market as a service: CMO-as-a-service, account-based marketing, RevOps and HubSpot, branding, paid media, content and SEO, web development. Based in Kirkland, Washington. Engagement models are tiered by ARR (T2D3 for $0 to $1M, Syntropy for $1M to $5M, Full Service for $5M to $10M), with the price by quote. Published results include CPGvision’s $4.7M in pipeline with 533% SEO growth and One Click Contractor’s 164% increase in organic MQLs.

Fit: a SaaS between $1M and $10M ARR that needs a marketing function it does not yet have, with SEO as one part of it. Not the fit: a company with a marketing team that only needs the search channel run better.

### 8\. Minuttia

Minuttia’s line is “dominate the future of search, from Google to ChatGPT to whatever comes next”, and its services split into Google and AI search strategy, human content creation, AI content creation, digital PR, Reddit marketing and agent analytics. The site cites 60+ B2B SaaS clients, a 94% average client retention rate and an average tenure of 24+ months, with named results such as Respona going from 0 to 100K monthly organic visits and LearnWorlds’ 123.7% organic growth. Clients named include Toggl, ServiceTitan, Sitecore and Docebo.

No pricing is published on the site. Fit: a B2B SaaS that wants one strategy team across Google and the AI engines and can supply the product knowledge that makes content specific. Not the fit: a team that needs pipeline reporting more than traffic reporting, because the published results are traffic-led.

## What a SaaS SEO Agency Has to Do Differently Now

Three things changed the brief since 2024, and the shortlist above sorts on all three.

**The buyer researches in two places.** A SaaS evaluation now runs through Google and through an assistant, often on the same afternoon. The agency has to earn a position for the comparison query and a citation for the “which tool should I use for X” prompt. Those overlap, and they are not the same work: the citation is largely earned off your own site, in the listicles, communities and data other people quote. If the acronyms in the proposals are the confusing part, [AEO vs GEO vs SEO](https://www.strataigize.com/insights/aeo-vs-geo-vs-seo/) sorts out which of the three you are buying.

**Traffic stopped being the report.** The published results above show the split. Agencies that lead with signups, SQLs and pipeline have wired search to the product and the CRM; agencies that lead with sessions have not, or have not been asked to. Ask for the wiring in the proposal: which events, which CRM fields, and who owns the self-reported “how did you hear about us” answer that catches AI-sourced deals every analytics tool mislabels as organic.

**Bottom of the funnel first.** A SaaS site with weak pricing, comparison and alternatives pages leaks the demand its content earns. The agencies that print a price on their own site tend to build those pages first for clients too, which is not a coincidence.

## How to Choose

Name the stuck number first, then pick the agency that was built for that number.

- Signups are flat and you are product-led: Skale, or Breaking B2B if the fix is commercial pages.
- Pipeline is the scoreboard and you have budget for content at scale: Omniscient Digital.
- You need a marketing function, not a channel: Kalungi, or Powered by Search if paid media is part of the brief.
- Competitors are named in AI answers and you are not: Siege Media at enterprise scale, Minuttia or us below it.
- You want a price before the first call: three of the eight will give you one, and ours is [on the site](https://www.strataigize.com/pricing/).

Whoever you shortlist, apply [the vetting questions for an AI SEO agency](https://www.strataigize.com/insights/ai-seo-services/) to them and to us. The one that matters most: ask for a client result stated in pipeline, with the date range and the attribution method written down. A number without its scope is a slogan.

## Frequently Asked Questions

**How much does a SaaS SEO agency cost in 2026?** The published floors on this list run from $4,000 a month (ours for website optimization, and Breaking B2B’s tailored-scope floor) through $5,500 a month (Breaking B2B’s lowest named plan, Silver) to $10,000 a month (Omniscient Digital’s full-service floor). Most agencies do not print a figure, and the ones that do tend to pair it with a three-, six- or twelve-month initial term. Ad spend, tools and link placements are usually extra.

**How long before SEO produces pipeline for a SaaS company?** Commercial pages that already have some authority can move within a quarter. Net-new topical coverage and earned citations take two to four quarters. Any agency promising a pipeline number inside 90 days for a domain with no history is quoting a different site.

**Is GEO a separate service from SaaS SEO?** The work overlaps heavily and the labels are used loosely. The practical split: SEO wins a position, answer engine optimization wins the extracted answer, generative engine optimization wins a citation inside a generated answer. Buy one content and entity program and measure it on those three scoreboards rather than three retainers. Our [GEO service](https://www.strataigize.com/generative-engine-optimization/) explains how we run the citation side.

**Should a SaaS company build SEO in-house instead?** Technical health and answer-first rewrites of your own pages are learnable in-house. The parts that usually justify an agency are original data on a real cadence, earned mentions from third parties, and the measurement discipline that survives a change of marketing lead. If you have all three, you do not need any of us.
