Monthly bookkeeping

For

An owner-managed service business

Sample campaign message

### Give monthly bookkeeping a clear home.

For an owner-managed service business that needs a repeatable monthly bookkeeping process. Explain the service and invite a conversation about fit.

**Ask about the need:**Which part of the monthly bookkeeping process needs support?

An owner or office lead can describe the current process without sharing financial records.

### Fit comes before a proposal

The owner wants a clear process and a named contact.

- Confirm who prepares the records and who approves the work.
- Confirm that the requested service matches the advertised scope.
- Record the consultation and any new-client decision separately.

An inquiry is a starting point. It is not yet a consultation or a new client.

**Check the service claim:** State the recurring work, handover and review that the sample firm actually offers.

We market accounting services. The accounting work stays with your firm.

Relevant work

## Appomate: a published service-business lead case

The Appomate case shows how service-led ad messages and CRM feedback helped the team tell inquiries from qualified sales leads.

[Read the Appomate case](https://www.strataigize.com/case-studies/53k-appomate-ad-breakthrough-30-days/)

Appomate is an app-development business, not an accounting firm. This past case shows the method. It is not an accounting-firm result or a lead forecast.

## Accounting-firm lead generation

- Campaign structure and buyer-intent research for the agreed accounting service.
- Creative production and tests within an agreed asset plan.
- Track leads and sales in your CRM where your systems support it.
- Weekly campaign review and a written record of changes and next tests.

Pricing

## Paid campaign management, with a monthly fee

Your fee depends on the campaigns, ads and tracking we agree to include. The initial term is three months, then month to month. Media has its own agreed budget and is billed by the ad platforms directly. You keep your ad accounts. We quote extra development or automation work on its own.

### A service ready to market

- You have a defined service or product and markets you want to grow.
- Your team can check ad claims and record what happens after a lead or sale.
- The paid-management program has an agreed media budget, billed separately by the ad platforms.

### Not included

- Accounting work, tax advice and internal close-workflow automation are outside this marketing scope.
- Media spend and work outside the written management scope are separate.
- Inquiry volume and client wins depend on demand, the offer and your follow-up.

## Firm-marketing questions

Is media spend included in the monthly fee?

No. Management has an agreed monthly fee. Media has its own agreed budget, billed separately by the platforms.

Does this include creative and tracking?

Yes, we plan the campaigns, creative and tracking together. We agree in writing on channels, how many assets to make, and which systems to connect.

How soon will this bring business?

Timing depends on demand, the offer, traffic and your buying cycle. We review delivery and inquiries early, then qualified outcomes as they mature. We do not promise a lead count or sales result.

Does this include a new website or automated sales system?

No. We quote extra development, conversion or automation work on its own. The first call helps show what else is needed.
