Work through a buyer decision

## Give the demo a question worth answering.

Choose a problem, then inspect the message, product evidence and sales context it needs.

Sample campaign message

### Show the next owner before work changes hands.

What the product demo must show

1. Follow one sample task between two teams.
2. Inspect its owner, required context and next action.
3. Show what happens when the next owner is missing.

**First question:** Which handoff leaves your team chasing an update?

### Keep the stages separate

1. Demo request
2. Held demo
3. Qualified opportunity

Attendance, fit and a sales opportunity are still unverified.

Record whether the conversation takes place.

**Evidence to prepare:** A walkthrough of the actual ownership and handoff behavior.

The product team confirms what the software can demonstrate. Sales records qualification; an ad click cannot establish it.

Relevant work

## Appomate: a published B2B lead-quality case

The Appomate case shows changes to ad messages, form questions and CRM feedback. These helped the team use lead quality to guide campaign decisions.

[Read the Appomate case](https://www.strataigize.com/case-studies/53k-appomate-ad-breakthrough-30-days/)

Appomate sells app-development services. This past work was for a service business. It is not a SaaS benchmark or a pipeline forecast.

## B2B SaaS paid acquisition

- Campaign structure and audience or query research around an agreed buyer use case.
- Creative production and tests within an agreed asset plan.
- Track leads and sales in your CRM where your systems support it.
- Weekly campaign review and a written record of changes and next tests.

Pricing

## Paid campaign management, with a monthly fee

Your fee depends on the campaigns, ads and tracking we agree to include. The initial term is three months, then month to month. Media has its own agreed budget and is billed by the ad platforms directly. You keep your ad accounts. We quote extra development or automation work on its own.

### A product ready to market

- You have a defined service or product and markets you want to grow.
- Your team can check ad claims and record what happens after a lead or sale.
- The paid-management program has an agreed media budget, billed separately by the ad platforms.

### Not included

- Product development, sales execution and lifecycle rebuilds are separately scoped.
- Media spend and work outside the written management scope are separate.
- Demo volume and pipeline depend on buyer demand, the offer and your sales process.

## SaaS marketing questions

Is media spend included in the monthly fee?

No. Management has an agreed monthly fee. Media has its own agreed budget, billed separately by the platforms.

Does this include creative and tracking?

Yes, we plan the campaigns, creative and tracking together. We agree in writing on channels, how many assets to make, and which systems to connect.

How soon will this bring business?

Timing depends on demand, the offer, traffic and your buying cycle. We review delivery and inquiries early, then qualified outcomes as they mature. We do not promise a lead count or sales result.

Does this include a new website or automated sales system?

No. We quote extra development, conversion or automation work on its own. The first call helps show what else is needed.
