## Client reporting automation

- A written reporting standard: sources, metrics, date ranges and when data is ready to judge.
- Scheduled, read-only data pulls from the sources named in your scope.
- A private client report page with its sources shown, built to read on a phone.
- Draft advice routed to a named reviewer, with tests and a written team handover.

Pricing

## A paid audit. A separately scoped build.

Audit

The two-week reporting audit is a paid assessment with a fixed fee and is credited toward the build if you proceed. It sets the reporting standard and first workflow.

Pilot build

A separately scoped, fixed-fee pilot runs over 30 to 90 days. We agree the sources, client group, success measure and stopping rule in writing before the build.

Ongoing support

Ongoing production support is separate, with an agreed monthly fee and an initial three months, then month to month.

### Reports and records to start with

- Your team prepares client reports on a recurring schedule.
- You can name the first report and the systems its facts come from.
- Someone on your team can review the advice before clients see it.

### Work outside the first report

- Changes to ad campaigns or client advice published without human approval.
- Unlimited sources, client groups or ongoing support within the pilot fee.

Illustrative walkthrough

## From report inputs to approved advice

A paid, fixed-fee audit. A separately scoped, fixed-fee pilot build.

1. Report inputs

Pull facts from the sources named in your scope. Keep their dates and any gaps visible.

2. Draft report

Apply the written reporting rules. Draft advice stays separate from the facts.

3. Named review

A person on your team checks the draft advice before clients can read it.

4. Private client page

Show the facts and approved advice on a private page, with its sources listed.

Example workflow. Sources and client groups are agreed in scope.

## Preparing your report

1. ### Write the reporting standard

Use the audit to agree what the report covers, where its facts come from and how your team will review it.

2. ### Build and test one workflow

Scope the pilot on your real data. Test access, missing facts and the review step against the measure agreed before the build.

3. ### Hand over a system you own

Your team owns the agents, prompts, setup and docs. Decide whether to add ongoing support under a separate scope.

## Reporting questions

Is this a dashboard or a reporting system?

The system adds report rules, scheduled data pulls and review of advice to a private report page. If charts alone solve the problem, a dashboard may be enough. The audit checks which work is worth building.

Will AI advice go straight to clients?

No. A named person approves the advice before it reaches the client page. The data connections are read-only. Missing facts stay visible, and a report is held for review if it loses facts from the prior report.

Which sources and clients are included?

We name the sources and first client group in the scope. The published service supports ad platforms, analytics, CRM and app-store data. Your build depends on the access and tools you use; the pilot does not include unlimited connections.

Does the audit price include the build?

No. The paid audit is separate from the separately priced pilot. The audit fee is credited toward the build if you proceed. Ongoing support is also separate, with an agreed monthly fee and an initial three-month term.
