Sample draft and source policy

## Catch the claim the source cannot support.

Correct the highlighted claim using the supplied policy.

Use the policy's wording

Draft · Getting help with your account

### When will someone see my request?

Your account team monitors the support inbox during published business hours.

Every request gets a reply within two hours.

Requests received outside business hours are reviewed on the next business day.

Include a short description of the issue so the team can route the request.

Approved source · Support policy, paragraph 2

> We monitor the inbox Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Requests received outside those hours are reviewed on the next business day.

#### The rule

A response-time promise needs support in the policy. Inbox hours do not establish a two-hour reply guarantee.

Claim check failed

### Return the sentence for correction.

The workflow keeps the source and failed rule with the draft. It can retry a supported correction; a missing policy goes to its owner.

This claim check passes

### Continue through the agreed publishing rules.

The sentence now follows the source. The workflow still applies the team's remaining checks and publishing pace.

What belongs with the published page?

The source reference, the completed checks and the page's inquiry connection. The workflow records what changed so an exception can be traced.

## Build one content workflow

- A content plan shaped by buyer questions and your existing page data.
- Drafts checked against agreed sources and writing rules, with failed checks sent back for correction.
- One publishing workflow with the review steps and pace agreed for your team.
- Page forms linked to customer records, plus workflow tests and a written handover.

Pricing

## A paid audit. A separately scoped build.

Audit

The two-week audit is a paid assessment with a fixed fee. You keep the workflow map, cost assumptions, build-or-buy advice and 90-day plan. The fee is credited toward a build if you proceed.

Pilot build

A separately scoped, fixed-fee pilot runs over 30 to 90 days. We agree the sources, publishing destination, tools, success measure and stopping rule before work starts.

Ongoing support

Ongoing support is separate, with an agreed monthly fee and an initial three months, then month to month. Running costs are agreed separately.

### Your drafts and the publishing owner

- Your team has useful expertise, but content stalls between planning, review and publishing.
- You can point to the step that gets stuck and the tools you use today.
- Someone on your team can agree the sources, writing rules and review steps.

### Work outside the first publishing process

- Extra sites, languages or tool connections beyond the first written scope.
- Paid campaign management and ongoing support within the fixed pilot fee.

Illustrative walkthrough

## Give each draft a clear next step

A paid, fixed-fee audit. A separately scoped, fixed-fee pilot build.

1. Choose the work

Use buyer questions and existing page data to choose the next topic or refresh.

2. Check the draft

Set the sources and writing rules. Route failed checks back for correction before publication.

3. Publish to a plan

Agree the review steps and publishing pace for the workflow your team will run.

4. Trace the inquiry

Connect page forms to your customer records, so you can review which pages led to contacts.

Example workflow. Your sources and review steps are agreed in the scope.

## From draft to published page

1. ### Map the step that gets stuck

Use the audit to follow a draft from the first idea to publication. Name the handoffs, sources and tools.

2. ### Build and test one workflow

Set the writing rules, source checks and publishing pace. Test the workflow against the measure agreed before the build.

3. ### Hand over a system you own

Your team keeps the workflow, prompts, setup and handover notes. Decide whether to add support under a separate scope.

## Publishing questions

Is this a writing tool or a content workflow?

The workflow joins topic choice, drafting, source checks, publishing and inquiry tracking. The audit checks which steps are worth automating and which need a person. It does not sell a fixed number of articles.

Who decides when a draft can publish?

We agree the writing rules, allowed sources and review steps in scope. A draft that fails a source or quality check returns for correction. Publishing follows the agreed pace, and your team keeps a stop control.

Will this work with our website and customer records?

The audit maps the tools you use and what each connection needs. The pilot names one publishing process and its tools in writing. Extra sites, languages and connections need their own scope.

Does the audit include the build?

No. The paid audit is separate from the separately priced pilot. You keep the plan, and the audit fee is credited toward a build if you proceed. Ongoing support is separate.
