## Build one document workflow

- One agreed document workflow, with a named input and destination system.
- Fields checked against your rules and the reference data named in scope.
- Source-page links and field confidence kept with the extracted values.
- A review queue showing the source, extracted value and failed check together.
- Tests using real sample documents, a comparison with the current process and a written handover.

Pricing

## A paid audit. A separately scoped build.

Audit

The two-week audit is a paid assessment with a fixed fee. You keep the workflow map, cost assumptions, build-or-buy advice and 90-day plan.

Pilot build

A separately scoped, fixed-fee pilot runs over 30 to 90 days. We agree the document set, fields, checks, destination, success measure and stopping rule before the build.

Ongoing support

Ongoing support is separate, with an agreed monthly fee and an initial three months, then month to month.

### One document type and its checks

- Your team repeats a document task that produces a useful business record.
- You can name the document type, fields and system you use today.
- Someone on your team can agree the checks and review unclear fields.

### Judgments and extra document types

- Extra document families, destinations and ongoing support beyond the first written scope.
- Legal or business judgments that stay with your team. The workflow handles the agreed extraction and checks.

Illustrative walkthrough

## From a contract to a checked record

A paid, fixed-fee audit. A separately scoped, fixed-fee pilot build.

1. Receive the document

Start with a contract or lease in the agreed document set.

2. Extract the fields

Read the dates, parties and fields agreed for the register. Keep the source page with each value.

3. Check and review

Apply the agreed rules. Send unclear fields to a person with the source and failed check.

4. Keep the record

Move the checked record into the named system with its source page attached.

Illustrative workflow. The document types, fields, checks and destination are agreed in scope.

## Checking fields before records change

1. ### Map the repeated task

Use the audit to name the documents, fields, rules and destination. Agree who reviews the items that need checking.

2. ### Build and check real examples

Label a sample of real documents. Test each field and compare the records with your team's work before the workflow moves into use.

3. ### Keep the review queue clear

Route unclear fields to a person with the source page attached. Your team keeps the workflow and written handover.

Our published document workflow explains how we check fields, compare results with real examples and put exceptions in front of a person.

Use the published steps to discuss the first document task your team wants to automate.

## Bring the document step your team repeats.

Choose a time to discuss the documents, the record you need and the checks your team makes today. Talk through the paid audit and the build it could lead to. You do not need to share a private document to book.

## Document processing questions

What happens when a field is unclear?

It goes to a person with the source page and the failed check. Each field is tested using agreed examples before the workflow moves into use.

Can this handle our contracts or leases?

Start with the documents, fields and register your team uses. The audit checks the input quality, rules and system connection before a pilot is scoped.

Where does the checked record go?

The pilot names the destination and its connection in writing. It can be your ERP, CRM or case system. Extra destinations need their own scope.

Does the audit include the working system?

No. The paid audit maps the workflow and build plan. The separately priced pilot is separate, and ongoing support has its own scope.
