Relocate the tray around the revised ceiling opening.

The ticket still needs its supporting records.

While evidence is missing

#### Keep it in the evidence queue.

The unchecked item needs an owner before this packet can move forward.

When all three pieces are present

#### The sample packet is assembled.

Its next step follows the project's approved submission process. Complete backup alone does not establish entitlement to payment.

Who owns the missing piece?

Signature or job detail

Field lead, with the ticket attached

Approved rate reference

Project manager, with the project and work code

Purchase receipt

## Automation we run on ourselves

50+ hours a week

Our own agency runs on agents we built: daily industry scanning and a weekly Meta ads review that creates owned tasks, saving the team 50+ hours a week. The published case shows how we build, review and keep improving them.

[Read how we automate our own work](https://www.strataigize.com/case-studies/how-agency-uses-ai-agents-automate-busywork/)

Our own marketing operation, not a construction subcontractor. It shows how we build and review workflow agents, not a result in your industry.

## Extra-work packet implementation

- A map from field ticket to priced packet, submission and billing status.
- A checklist for the evidence each selected general contractor requires.
- An assigned queue for missing signatures, rates, receipts and project details.
- Configuration of the tools you already own, with any remaining integration scoped separately.
- A documented review process your project managers and billing team can use.

Pricing

## Start with the published US$7,500 audit

The published two-week AI Opportunity Audit (US$7,500 fixed) inventories the workflow, puts numbers on what it costs you today and returns a 90-day roadmap. It is credited toward the build if you proceed. A pilot build of one workflow on your data is published at US$25,000 to US$60,000 fixed, with the conditions for stopping the pilot agreed in writing before we start. Your quote after the audit depends on the projects, contractor formats and systems included. Licenses, historical cleanup and additional integrations are priced separately.

### Projects this can help

- You handle recurring extra-work tickets across active commercial projects.
- Field, project management and billing teams share responsibility for the packet.
- A project manager can approve scope, rates and the submission process.
- You can identify the software and documents involved without sharing confidential records here.

### Not included

- Legal interpretation of notice requirements or entitlement to payment.
- Unapproved submissions, invoice posting or changes to contract rates.
- Software licenses and access to a general contractor's systems.

Demonstration

## Open each card in a sample change packet

Four source cards and the packet they build. Open a card to see what happens when a piece is missing.

1. Field ticketSigned

Signed by the foreman and linked to the right project and change number.

2. Labor ratesAttached

The approved rate table for this contract is attached as issued, so nobody retypes it.

3. Material receiptMissing

The packet waits. The project coordinator owns getting it, and the packet shows who and since when.

4. GC acknowledgementNeeds review

Your project manager checks the general contractor's format and notice rules. Software does not decide them.

5. PacketOn hold

Held for project-manager review until the receipt arrives. Nothing is submitted automatically.

Demonstration with invented records. It shows a review process and makes no claim that any work is payable.

## Preparing your packet process

1. ### Locate the missing handoff

Trace a representative ticket through pricing and submission to see where evidence, ownership or status becomes unclear.

2. ### Set up the working process

Configure a limited project scope, approved rate references and a review queue inside your existing tools where practical.

3. ### Check packets with your team

Replay duplicates and missing evidence before rollout. Your project manager approves every external submission.

## Discuss your project

In 30 minutes, discuss where packets stall and whether a focused implementation fits your projects.

## Extra-work questions

Why start with a paid audit?

Because the value depends on your data, systems and volume, and none of that is visible from a form. The two-week audit puts real numbers on the workflow before anyone commits to a build, and its fee is credited if you proceed.

Can we keep Procore or Clearstory?

Yes, the first step is to check the workflow you already have. Configuration may cover the need. Any additional integration depends on the specific project permissions and supported data access, which we confirm before quoting.

Will the system submit claims for us?

Your authorized project manager controls submissions. The work organizes evidence and review steps. Contract interpretation, notice decisions and entitlement to payment stay with your team and advisers.

How would we measure whether it helped?

Compare packet preparation time, missing evidence and rework across similar projects. Submitted, approved, invoiced and collected amounts stay separate. A completed packet is not proof of payment.
