#### What this clears

Keep the finding in the information queue until the identifier matches.

Start with one branch or deficiency category in your current inspection and quoting tools. A quote, approved work, completed repair and invoice need separate statuses.

## Automation we run on ourselves

50+ hours a week

Our own agency runs on agents we built: daily industry scanning and a weekly Meta ads review that creates owned tasks, saving the team 50+ hours a week. The published case shows how we build, review and keep improving them.

[Read how we automate our own work](https://www.strataigize.com/case-studies/how-agency-uses-ai-agents-automate-busywork/)

Our own marketing operation, not a fire-protection contractor. It shows how we build and review workflow agents, not a result in your industry.

## Fire-service repair quote workflow

- A defined backlog of findings awaiting information, pricing or a customer decision.
- An estimator-ready checklist for one branch or deficiency category.
- Ownership and status rules in your current inspection and quoting tools.
- A staff-approved follow-up process for eligible open quotes.
- Reporting that separates quotes, approved work, completed repairs and invoiced amounts.

Pricing

## Start with the published US$7,500 audit

The published two-week AI Opportunity Audit (US$7,500 fixed) inventories the workflow, puts numbers on what it costs you today and returns a 90-day roadmap. It is credited toward the build if you proceed. A pilot build of one workflow on your data is published at US$25,000 to US$60,000 fixed, with the conditions for stopping the pilot agreed in writing before we start. The audit covers the branches, deficiency types and systems included. Platform licenses, partner access and additional integrations are separate.

### Findings this can help

- A recurring deficiency backlog waits between inspection and quoting.
- An estimator or service manager can own the review process.
- You can identify the inspection evidence and quote records involved.
- Your field team has capacity to carry out additional approved repair work.

### Not included

- Safety judgments, code interpretation or approval of repair scope.
- Automatic pricing, customer messages or dispatch decisions.
- A replacement quoting platform or assumed access to every inspection system.

## Preparing your quote process

1. ### Find the stalled step

Separate findings that need evidence, estimator attention or a customer decision before choosing what to change.

2. ### Set up the handoff

Define the information an estimator needs and give each waiting item a responsible person inside your existing process.

3. ### Review a limited rollout

Test one branch or deficiency class. Qualified staff continue to approve safety decisions, scope, prices and customer contact.

## Discuss your project

Spend 30 minutes on where findings wait, who owns the next action and what your current software can already support.

## Repair-quote questions

Why start with a paid audit?

Because the value depends on your data, systems and volume, and none of that is visible from a form. The two-week audit puts real numbers on the workflow before anyone commits to a build, and its fee is credited if you proceed.

We already use ServiceTrade. Would we need another platform?

Possibly not. We start with the quoting and workflow features you already own. The service focuses on evidence, responsibility and adoption. Any additional connection requires a demonstrated gap and supported access before it is quoted.

Who decides the scope and priority of a repair?

Your qualified staff do. Inspection interpretation, safety priority, scope and pricing remain with your team. The workflow makes missing information and waiting decisions visible without deciding whether an asset is safe.

What if the backlog is caused by customer budgets or field capacity?

That changes the problem being solved. We separate those items from unworked internal handoffs. Improving an estimate queue cannot create customer funding or additional technicians, so the proposed scope must reflect the actual constraint.
