Marketing and growth

# Every client's report, every week, with a person between the facts and the advice.

A reporting system collects the facts from every platform a client runs on, publishes them to a private page per client behind a login, and sends the interpretation to a person for approval before a client reads it. Facts are autonomous. Judgement is not.

Who it is for

## Built for the team that _does this by hand._

01

Agencies assembling client decks by hand every Monday

02

Franchise, multi-location and multi-brand teams reporting the same metrics across units

03

Programs reporting to a funder, a board or a council on a fixed cadence

What it does

## Client reporting automation, _by the job._

Collect

### Collects from every platform

Ad platforms, analytics, the CRM and the app stores, read-only, on a schedule, with every figure carrying its date range and its maturity: final, or still filling in.

Standardize

### Applies one written standard

Which metrics each campaign family reports, which windows, how a number is ranked, and when a number is too young to judge. The standard is a document, and changing the report means editing it.

Publish

### Publishes to a private page

One page per client behind a login, designed to be read on a phone, with the sources listed at the bottom. No deck, no attachment, no version confusion.

Gate

### Gates judgement behind a person

What the numbers mean and what to do next reaches the page only after a named person approves it. If any client would publish with fewer facts than last week, the whole run halts.

How it is built

## The build, _in order._

Every system here is scoped as one bounded workflow with a written success metric and a kill threshold agreed before the build. The steps below are the ones specific to this one.

01

### Write the standard first

Every campaign family you run, the metrics each one reports, the windows that make them comparable, and the maturity rule that says when a number is final.

02

### Wire the sources

Read-only access to each platform, granted by you, with the credentials in a managed store. Nothing in the pipeline can write to an ad account.

03

### Publish behind a login

A page per client, prerendered from an encrypted payload, behind an access layer that emails a one-time code. Anonymous requests are refused, and the refusal is tested on every run.

04

### Route judgement to a person

Interpretation and recommendations are drafted, then approved by a named person before they reach a client page. A run that would thin any client's facts halts and asks why.

In production at Strataigize

## We run this _ourselves._

Every Strataigize client has a report page on this site, behind a login, refreshed weekly by this system. The standard behind it was written first: which metrics each campaign family reports and the maturity rules that decide when a number can be judged. The pipeline is read-only on every account, never contacts a client, and refuses to publish a run that would leave any client with fewer measured facts than the previous one.

Governance

## What a person _still approves._

- Read-only on every platform; the pipeline holds no credential that can change a campaign
- Judgement and recommendations reach a client page only after a named person approves them
- A run that would publish any client with fewer measured facts than last time halts the whole publish

The rest of the posture is published on [trust and security](https://www.strataigize.com/trust/): client-granted access you can revoke, credentials in managed stores, an AI governance summary aligned to the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, our subprocessors, and a DPA on request. We do not hold SOC 2 and we say so there.

Price

## Published, _not gated._

Pilot builds $25,000 to $60,000 fixed, production retainer from $8,000 per month. Every AI build starts with a $7,500 AI Opportunity Audit over two weeks that is credited toward the build if you proceed, and a pilot is one bounded workflow on your real data over 30 to 90 days with a written success metric and a kill threshold.

The full price list is on the [pricing page](https://www.strataigize.com/pricing/), and the cost drivers, with the questions that expose a padded quote, are in [how much AI agents cost in 2026](https://www.strataigize.com/insights/how-much-do-ai-agents-cost/).

Questions

## Client reporting automation, _answered._

Can the reports be white-labelled or embedded?

Yes. The pages are static, prerendered per client from an encrypted payload, and sit behind an access layer that emails a one-time code. They can live on your domain with your brand, and a client can be given a link that works only for their address.

How is this different from Looker Studio or Databox?

Both are fine dashboards, and both leave the judgement to whoever opens them. What we build adds the standard (what may be compared with what), the maturity rules (what is final), the halt when facts go missing, and the approval step between numbers and advice. If you only need charts, buy the dashboard.

What does automated client reporting cost?

The same bands as every system here: a $7,500 audit that writes the reporting standard for your campaign families, then a pilot at $25,000 to $60,000 fixed. Running it is a production retainer from $8,000 per month.
