HubSpot & CRM Implementation

# A CRM that knows where the lead came from.

Most CRMs record that a lead arrived and lose how. We wire the forms, properties, conversions and reporting so the source survives all the way to the closed deal.

Overview

## The CRM is where attribution _usually dies._

A lead clicks an ad, lands on a page, fills a form and becomes a contact. Somewhere in those four steps the click identifier is dropped, the source is overwritten by the last touch, and the deal that closes three months later is credited to direct traffic. Every channel then argues about a number none of them can prove.

We fix that at the wiring level. Forms carry the identifiers, the identifiers are stored as real queryable properties rather than buried in a page URL, conversions are sent server-side, and the qualified and closed stages are exported back to the ad platforms so bidding learns from outcomes instead of form fills.

This is not theory for us. We run our own HubSpot portal on exactly this pattern, including a dedicated property carrying the one click identifier a Google Ads conversion import needs, because storing it only in the page URL made it unqueryable. The same reporting pipeline renders 17 client reports per cycle, with an automatic halt if any client would publish fewer measured facts than the cycle before.

Scope honestly: this is measurement-led CRM work. The data model, the wiring, the attribution and the reporting. It pairs directly with [analytics and server-side tracking](https://www.strataigize.com/services/website-optimization/analytics-and-tracking/), and it is what makes [LinkedIn](https://www.strataigize.com/services/paid-advertising/linkedin-ads/) and [Google Ads](https://www.strataigize.com/services/paid-advertising/google-ads/) optimizable against pipeline rather than form fills. If what you need is workflow automation on top of the CRM, that is our [AI workflow automation](https://www.strataigize.com/services/ai-automation-services/) line.

How it works

## From guessed source to _traceable revenue._

01

### Audit

What the CRM currently records, what it silently drops, and which reports are built on the gap.

02

### Model

Objects, lifecycle stages and properties agreed in writing before anything is created.

03

### Wire

Forms, click identifiers and server-side conversions connected so the source survives to the deal.

04

### Report

Attribution and pipeline reporting built on the model, not on whatever the default dashboard shows.

05

### Feed back

Qualified and closed stages exported back to the ad platforms so bidding learns from real outcomes.

Questions

## HubSpot and CRM, _answered._

What does a HubSpot implementation actually involve?

Agreeing the data model first: objects, lifecycle stages and the properties that must exist for your reports to be answerable. Then wiring the inputs, forms, click identifiers and server-side conversions, so the source of a lead survives all the way to the deal. Then building reporting on that model rather than on the default dashboard.

Our CRM data is a mess. Where do you start?

With what your reports need to answer, not with a cleanup project. Most messy portals have three or four questions leadership actually asks and a data model that cannot answer any of them. Fix the model and the wiring for those questions first; historical cleanup after, and only where it changes an answer.

Why does the CRM need click identifiers?

Because without them, paid channels are credited by guesswork. A click identifier stored on the contact is what lets you import a closed deal back into Google or LinkedIn as a conversion, so bidding optimizes toward revenue instead of form fills. We added exactly this property to our own portal so our conversion imports would carry it.

Do you do sales enablement and CPQ too?

No. This is measurement-led CRM work: the data model, the wiring, the attribution and the reporting. Quoting tools, sales playbooks and Salesforce migrations are not what we do, and we would rather say so than take the project.

What does this cost?

A CRM and attribution rebuild is usually scoped as a fixed project alongside a website optimization retainer, which starts at $4K per month with a typical range of $4K to $10K. Every published figure is on the pricing page.
