Technical SEO

# Crawlable, fast, and indexed.

Technical SEO that fixes the reasons pages never get crawled, rendered or indexed, checked against your live site rather than a crawler's guess.

What it is

## The short version.

Technical SEO is the part of search that decides whether your content is eligible at all. A page that renders only in JavaScript, canonicalises to the wrong URL, sits behind a redirect chain or never appears in a sitemap is not competing badly. It is not competing.

We work from the live site, not from a crawler export. That means checking what a bot actually receives, what Search Console actually reports, and what the rendered HTML actually contains, then fixing the causes in the codebase rather than filing them as recommendations.

The clearest evidence we can offer is this site. Every indexable page it ships is self-canonical, with zero duplicate titles and zero duplicate meta descriptions, a real 404, static HTML that needs no JavaScript to read, and a sitemap that matches the indexable set exactly with no noindex pages leaking into it. All of that is checkable by anyone, right now, without taking our word for it.

Technical work is the floor under [search engine optimization](https://www.strataigize.com/services/website-optimization/search-engine-optimization/) and under [AI search visibility](https://www.strataigize.com/generative-engine-optimization/), because an AI crawler that cannot fetch or parse a page cannot cite it either. It pairs with [conversion rate optimization](https://www.strataigize.com/services/website-optimization/conversion-rate-optimization/), since the same speed work that helps crawling helps conversion.

How we run it

## The loop, _start to finish._

Technical debt is found once and then it comes back. The loop keeps the site eligible after the first fix.

STEP 01

### Fetch what the bot fetches

Rendered HTML, status codes, canonicals and sitemap pulled from the live site and compared with what Search Console says it indexed.

STEP 02

### Diagnose the cause

Redirect chains, JavaScript-only content, parameter duplication and thin variants traced to the template or rule that creates them, not listed as symptoms.

STEP 03

### Fix in the code

Changes shipped as pull requests in your repository, or written precisely enough that your engineers ship them once.

STEP 04

### Verify in Search Console

Indexed pages, coverage and Core Web Vitals re-read after each change so the fix is proven, not assumed.

STEP 05

### Guard in the build

Canonicals, schema and sitemap membership checked automatically on every deploy, so the same defect cannot come back quietly.

Why it compounds

## Eligible pages _stay eligible._

Floor

### Content can finally compete

Every page you publish is crawlable, indexable and readable without JavaScript, so the writing gets judged instead of ignored.

AI search

### Citable, not just rankable

AI crawlers give up on pages they cannot fetch or parse. Clean HTML and honest schema keep you in the pool they draw from.

Speed

### Fast pages convert too

The same asset and layout work that helps crawling shortens load time for buyers, which shows up in conversion rate.

What's included

## Done for you.

### Crawl and indexation

Robots, sitemaps, canonicals, redirect chains and parameter handling fixed at the cause, with Search Console used as the check.

### Rendering and speed

What a bot actually receives, plus Core Web Vitals work on the layout and asset pipeline rather than a plugin.

### Structured data

Schema that describes the entity and the page honestly, validated in the build so it cannot silently break.

FAQ

## Technical SEO, answered.

How is a technical SEO audit different from the free ones?

Free audits crawl your site and list what a crawler dislikes. We check what search engines actually received and indexed, which is a different question, then fix the causes in the code. A list of 400 warnings is not a diagnosis.

Will fixing technical issues make us rank?

Not on its own, and anyone promising that is selling something. Technical work removes the reasons you cannot rank. Content and links decide whether you do. We say which of the three is your constraint before quoting for any of them.

Do you work in our codebase or hand over a document?

Either. We can ship the fixes as pull requests in your repository, or write the change set for your engineers with enough precision that it does not come back. The document-only route is slower and it is honest to say so.

Does technical SEO affect whether AI assistants cite us?

Yes, at the eligibility level. If an AI crawler cannot fetch or parse the page, it cannot cite it. Schema and clean HTML help the parse; neither guarantees a citation, and we do not claim otherwise.

What does this cost?

Website optimization starts at $4K per month with a typical range of $4K to $10K, published on our pricing page. Scope and page count move it inside that band.
