Keep Teegan's name, photo and both business texting numbers together. Your phone may ask you to confirm the photo.

The short version: we text you about your inquiry or consultation when you ask for text updates. Reply STOP to any message to stop them, and we will. We never send marketing texts.

What we send

Replies about your inquiry, appointment confirmations, reminders, and help with rescheduling. Text updates are optional and are not required to book.

We do not send marketing SMS. No offers, no promotions, no newsletters, no sales outreach by text. If you ever receive a marketing text claiming to be from Strataigize, it did not come from us. Please tell us at the email address above.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message from us. That is the fastest way and it works from your phone with no reply from us needed.
Or email teegan@strataigize.com and ask us to remove your number.

Opt-outs take effect immediately. Canadian law gives us up to 10 business days to action an unsubscribe request; we do it on the spot.

Reply HELP to any message if you need help or want to reach a human.

Choose the optional text checkbox on a form or booking page to receive updates. It is never pre-ticked. You can also text us to request a reply. Sharing your phone number alone does not subscribe you, and texts are never required to book or buy.

Frequency and rates

Message frequency varies with your booking activity, and in practice is a small number of messages around each consultation. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge you anything to receive our texts.

Privacy and terms

How we handle your number and the rest of your personal information is covered in our Privacy Policy, which includes a dedicated SMS and text messaging section. The terms governing our services are in our Terms & Conditions. Every policy we publish, including the Cookie Policy, is collected on our Policies page.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing.

Contact details on this page stay valid for at least 60 days after any message we send, as required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation and the Electronic Commerce Protection Regulations (SOR/2012-36).
