How we work

The Strataigize Growth System.

Audit first. Prove on a bounded build. Scale what worked. Compound it as one team on one revenue number. Every step has a page, a scope and a published price.

The system

01

Audit

Name the constraint before spending on it. The free 30-minute growth audit or the fixed-price AI Opportunity Audit ends in a walkthrough you own, whoever you hire.

02

Prove

One bounded engagement with a written definition of done: a 30-day sprint or a pilot build with a success metric and a kill threshold agreed before work starts.

03

Scale

What proved out becomes a program: a growth or production retainer on a weekly cadence, month to month after the first 3 months, judged on revenue.

04

Compound

One team runs media, creative, data, product and automation against a single number, so each lever feeds the next instead of competing for credit.

The offer ladder

Every rung is buyable.

A name, a fixed scope, a duration, an acceptance criterion and a published price. Click any rung for its page and its form.

Ranges and terms in full on the pricing page. Every dollar figure has exactly one source and this page restates it, never forks it.

Questions

The system, answered.

Do we have to enter the system at step one?
No. Teams with a named constraint sometimes start at Prove, and teams with agents already running enter at Scale. The ladder is the default path because it protects you: every escalation of spend follows evidence from the step before it.
What makes this different from an agency retainer pitch?
The exits. Every early step is bounded and fixed-price, the pilot carries a written kill threshold, retainers go month to month after the first 3 months, and you own every deliverable including the agents. A system you can leave cheaply is a system that has to keep earning its place.
Why publish the prices on every step?
So you can rule us in or out in minutes. Hidden pricing protects the agency, not the buyer, and the category norm of opacity is exactly why we do the opposite. Every figure on this page links to the pricing page it comes from.
Who actually does the work?
A small senior team with the founder in the loop, running the same systems we sell. The people are on the about page with real bios, and the case studies carry real client names and numbers wherever clients have cleared them.
