Step 03 of the Strataigize Growth System
AI Pilot Build.
One workflow automated end to end on your own data, with a success metric and a written kill threshold agreed before we start.
Full ranges and terms on the pricing page. Retainer terms are month to month after the first 3 months.
Who it is for
The right buyer.
For teams past the curiosity stage: you know which workflow should be automated and want it running in production, judged against a metric agreed before anyone is invested in the outcome.
Fixed scope
What you receive.
- One bounded workflow automated end to end on your own data and systems
- A success metric and a written kill threshold agreed before the build starts
- Human-in-the-loop approval surfaces on anything irreversible: money, client messages, system writes
- A test harness with negative controls, so a broken guardrail fails loudly instead of silently
- Documentation and ownership transfer: the agent, its prompts and its configuration are yours
Acceptance
How done is defined.
The pilot is judged against the success metric agreed in writing at kickoff. Hit the kill threshold and we stop and say so instead of selling phase two; that stopping rule is the buyer protection, and it is published on the pricing page.
A pilot that clears its metric usually moves to the production retainer, where the agent is monitored, maintained and expanded with outputs verified monthly.
