How done is defined.

The pilot is judged against the success metric agreed in writing at kickoff. Hit the kill threshold and we stop and say so instead of selling phase two; that stopping rule is the buyer protection, and it is published on the pricing page.

A pilot that clears its metric usually moves to the production retainer, where the agent is monitored, maintained and expanded with outputs verified monthly.

What does the kill threshold actually look like?

A written statement, agreed at kickoff, of the point at which the pilot is judged a failure: a metric it must reach by a date, or a cost it must not exceed. If we hit it, the engagement ends with a post-mortem, not a pitch.

Whose infrastructure does the agent run on?

Yours wherever practical, and always with your ownership of the prompts, configuration and documentation. Model usage runs under commercial terms that exclude training on your data.

Why is the range $25K to $60K?

Scope. A workflow with one system integration and clean data sits at the bottom; one with several integrations, messy data and compliance constraints sits at the top. The number is fixed in the proposal before the build starts, as published on the pricing page.
