Why these two deliverables?

Because they are the two constraints we most often find capping mobile growth, and both produce artifacts a team can operate without us. Other bounded scopes are possible; the sprint format requires only that the deliverable is nameable before work starts.

Can a sprint really move numbers in 30 days?

A sprint ships the asset; the numbers move as it operates. ASO changes typically show in store metrics over the following weeks, and a rebuilt testing engine shows its value across the next testing cycles. We will not promise a specific lift on a 30-day clock, and you should distrust anyone who does.
