Why is there a 3-month minimum before month to month?

Because a fair read takes that long: store experiments need cycles, creative engines need testing rounds, and cohort revenue needs time to mature. A retainer judged in month one gets judged on noise, in both directions.

What do you need from us to start?

Platform access through your own accounts (ad platforms, store consoles, MMP), a working revenue source of truth, and a weekly slot with whoever owns the growth number. Ad spend stays in your accounts, billed by the platforms.
