We do not process sensitive personal information.

We have not disclosed, sold, or shared any personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve (12) months, and we will not sell or share personal information belonging to website visitors or users in the future.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to gather information when you interact with our Services. We also permit third parties and service providers to use tracking technologies for analytics and advertising purposes.

6. Do we offer artificial intelligence-based products?
In Short: We offer products, features, or tools powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies.

Our AI Products are designed for the following functions:

  • AI predictive analytics, insights, research, search, and automation
  • AI applications, bots, and document generation
  • Image analysis and generation
  • Machine learning models and natural language processing
  • Text analysis, video analysis and generation

All personal information processed using our AI Products is handled in line with this privacy notice and our agreements with third-party providers.

7. How long do we keep your information?
In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy notice unless otherwise required by law.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this notice, or as required by law (e.g., tax, accounting, or legal requirements). When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. If deletion is not immediately possible (e.g., backup archives), we securely isolate it until deletion is possible.

8. How do we keep your information safe?
In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.

9. Do we collect information from minors?
In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18, or are the parent or guardian of a minor and consent to their use. Opting out of marketing: Click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, reply "STOP" to SMS messages, or contact us directly. You may still receive service-related communications.

If you are in the EEA or UK and believe we are unlawfully processing your information, you have the right to complain to your Member State data protection authority or the UK data protection authority. In Switzerland, you may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.

11. Controls for Do-Not-Track features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature. Because no uniform technology standard for recognizing DNT signals has been finalized, we do not currently respond to DNT signals. If a standard is adopted in the future, we will update this notice accordingly.

California law requires us to inform you that we do not respond to DNT signals at this time.

12. Do United States residents have specific privacy rights?
In Short: If you are a resident of certain US states, you may have additional privacy rights.

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of their personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising or profiling.

We will retain collected data for categories A, B, C, I, and K for as long as the user has an account with us.

Your rights include: Right to know, access, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, obtain a copy, opt out of targeted advertising/profiling, and non-discrimination for exercising rights.

California "Shine The Light" Law: California residents may request information about personal information disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes once per year, free of charge. Submit requests using the contact details in Section 15.

Australia and New Zealand: We collect and process personal information under Australia's Privacy Act 1988 and New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020. You have the right to request access or correction of your personal information at any time. Complaints may be directed to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner or the Office of New Zealand Privacy Commissioner.
