B2B SEO agency

B2B SEO, measured on pipeline.

We build the search presence a business buyer meets twice: in Google’s results, and inside the AI answers they ask before a shortlist exists. One team, one program, prices published.

Why now

The buyer researches in two places.

AI Overviews now sit on roughly a quarter of Google queries (Conductor, Q1 2026) and cut organic click-through by about 61% when they appear. Only 38% of their citations come from top-10 results (Ahrefs, 2026), so a B2B program that stops at rankings leaves part of the evaluation untouched. The buyer still lands on your comparison page. They also ask an assistant who to shortlist, and the answer either names you or it does not.

How we do it

Six moves, one program.

Intent

Bottom of the funnel first

Comparison, alternatives, pricing and "X for Y" pages before blog volume. A B2B buyer who lands on one of those is deciding, and that is the traffic a deal cycle can be traced to.

Crawl

Technical SEO that includes AI crawlers

Rendered crawl audit, Core Web Vitals on every template class, index hygiene, and an explicit crawler policy so Googlebot and the AI fetchers both get a fast 200.

Answer

Pages that answer, then convert

The buyer’s question answered in the first screen, the evidence linked, the price on the page. The same page has to win the visit and the next step.

Entity

Citations, not only rankings

One consistent identity across your site and profiles, original data other people quote, and earned mentions in the lists AI answers draw from when a buyer asks for a shortlist.

Refresh

Refresh on evidence, not on a calendar

A queue that re-verifies the pages carrying pipeline when the facts move, with real updated dates. Freshness is a claim your content has to be able to prove.

Measure

Measured on pipeline

Search wired to your CRM: which page, which query, which deal. Plus the self-reported "how did you hear about us" field that catches the AI-sourced leads every analytics tool labels organic.

What we report

Three scoreboards, one CRM.

SEO

Position and clicks

Rankings, impressions and organic clicks on the queries a buyer uses to compare, from Search Console, by page.

GEO

Citation share

A fixed panel of buyer prompts re-run across the major engines on a schedule, so movement is measured, not remembered.

Pipeline

Deals, with their source

Search wired into your CRM and a self-reported source field, because an AI-sourced deal reports as organic in every analytics tool you own.

Questions

B2B SEO, answered.

What does a B2B SEO agency do?
It builds the search presence a business buyer meets while evaluating suppliers: the technical foundation, the commercial pages for comparison and pricing queries, the content that answers the questions a buying committee asks, and now the citations inside AI answers. The difference from consumer SEO is the unit of success. A B2B program is judged on qualified pipeline over a sales cycle, not on sessions this month.
How is B2B SEO different from B2C SEO?
Lower search volume with higher value per visit, a buying committee rather than one shopper, and a sales cycle that separates the visit from the revenue by weeks or months. That changes the work: fewer keywords chosen more carefully, comparison and pricing pages that a shopper site would never bother with, and attribution that has to reach into the CRM to prove anything.
How much does a B2B SEO agency cost?
Ours is published: website optimization (SEO, CRO and speed) runs from $4,000 a month with a typical range of $4,000 to $10,000, and AI search optimization from $5,000 a month with a typical range of $5,000 to $12,000, month to month after the first three months. Across the market, the agencies that print a figure start between about $4,000 and $10,000 a month; most print nothing.
How long until B2B SEO produces pipeline?
Commercial pages on a domain with some authority can move within a quarter. New topical coverage and earned citations take two to four quarters, and the deal cycle sits on top of that. Anyone promising pipeline inside 90 days on a domain with no history is describing a different site.
Do we need GEO as well as SEO?
A B2B buyer now researches in Google and in an assistant, often the same afternoon. SEO wins the position for the comparison query; generative engine optimization wins the citation when the buyer asks for a shortlist. The work overlaps heavily, so buy one program and measure it on both scoreboards rather than two retainers.
Do you work with SaaS companies?
Yes, and we published a comparison of SaaS SEO agencies that includes us and seven others, judged on the same three tests: a visible price, results stated in pipeline terms, and a method for AI search. Read it before you take a call with anyone, including us.
What results can you show?
Our published search receipts are our own site’s: a late-2025 push took ChatGPT-attributed sessions from 38 to 474 and logged 117 Semrush AI citations as of December 9, 2025, and signed clients arrived through those AI answers. Every number we publish carries its scope and its date. If you need a vendor with fifty B2B SEO case studies, our agency comparison names several; if you want the program run by people who did it on their own site first, that is this page.
