7 Best GEO Agencies in 2026: Pricing and Evidence

Choose a GEO agency by the work you need and who will implement it. Compare the minimum contract and the same operating period, confirm currency and separate visibility from qualified enquiries and revenue. This guide compares seven providers using public service, price and case pages. Strataigize publishes it and is one of the agencies listed; the order is editorial, without independent performance testing.

Choose the work before the monthly fee

The best generative engine optimization (GEO) agency for you depends on what needs fixing and who can implement it. A software company with an experienced content team may need advice. A consumer brand with inaccurate service information may need research, page changes and measurement. A PR engagement adds a different set of responsibilities again.

We compared seven agencies with public GEO, answer engine optimization (AEO) or AI-search services and reviewed the linked sources on October 9, 2026. Strataigize publishes this guide and is one of the providers listed. The order is editorial, with no measured performance score. We have not audited competitors’ private analytics or tested their services in a controlled comparison.

Seven GEO agencies at a glance

Use the table to narrow your research, then check the profiles and linked evidence. “Ask for a quote” means no fixed service fee was found on the linked pages. The provider may still publish prices elsewhere.

The competitor pages use dollar signs. Confirm currency before comparing them with our USD prices or a Canadian-dollar budget. Taxes, software, initial work and internal implementation time can add to the total. A lower advisory fee is only a lower total cost if you can also afford and complete the execution.

The agencies and the evidence to request

Strataigize: acquisition and conversion alongside GEO

Our GEO service covers entity information, useful content, earned mentions and measurement. We work with mobile apps, SaaS and service businesses. Acquisition and conversion work can be coordinated with it, with the actual deliverables and fees defined in the proposal.

Our pricing page lists the USD 5,000 starting monthly fee and initial three-month term. The AI-search case study, published December 10, 2025, reports ChatGPT-attributed sessions rising from 38 to 474 and a customer who named ChatGPT as the discovery source. It does not fully specify the compared calendar periods. This is historical evidence. It does not give a current customer count, forecast conversions or prove that one content change caused the result. Ask us for source records, attribution limits and the reporting you would receive.

Directive: B2B search and demand generation

Directive’s GEO page describes B2B entity research, content changes and visibility reporting. It reports 39-plus tracked prompts for Case Status, a monitoring sample rather than a count of buyers. The case study reports 54 completed demo bookings against a quarterly forecast of 45, or 20% above forecast. That is not 20% growth against a previous quarter, and the result does not give the quarter’s dates.

The same case reports a 135% quarter-over-quarter increase in unassigned demo conversions. “Unassigned” does not establish that those conversions came from AI. Other search work ran alongside the AI-focused changes. Ask for a proposal separating implementation, observed visibility and attributable sales opportunities, without treating the case as an isolated test of GEO.

WebFX: published tiers and scope

WebFX’s service table starts at $3,000 monthly and distinguishes prompt coverage, content assets and reporting. Its recurring optimization row specifies six months. Review the tier’s deliverables and named implementation owners. A platform demonstration alone will not tell you who changes your site.

The starting recurring fees total $18,000 over that six-month minimum. Our USD 5,000 starting fee totals USD 15,000 over our three-month initial term, or USD 30,000 if you continue for six months. Those are different commitments and scopes, with currency still to confirm for the competitor. The smaller initial obligation does not make a service cheaper over the same operating period.

Optimist: advisory or full execution

Optimist separates a $7,500 one-time roadmap, advisory from $3,000/month and full execution from $4,000/month. Its monthly-retainer guide describes thirty days’ notice. Confirm whether any initial strategy work is required in your proposal. Advisory still requires an implementation owner and capacity on your side.

Its B2B technology case, published February 20, 2026, uses 49x in the headline and a 4,900% increase in the body for AI-referral revenue over fourteen months. These are different calculations: 49x the starting value is a 4,800% increase, while a 4,900% increase is 50x. The client, absolute revenue and calendar window are not disclosed. Ask the provider to reconcile the figures and explain attribution before using either in a forecast. The case itself acknowledges other influences, including growing AI adoption.

Silverback Strategies: a B2C brief

Silverback’s AI-search service targets B2C brands with audience research, visibility assessment, content changes and monitoring. Its broader services include organic search, paid media and measurement, making it a candidate when those disciplines need coordination. Confirm which are included in the quote.

The AI-search page advertises average revenue growth of 11x but does not supply the client cohort, starting revenue, dates or calculation needed to reproduce the average. Request a comparable case and its measurement method. A paid-media case alone does not establish AI-search performance, and the 11x headline is not a forecast for your business.

Minuttia: content and distribution for B2B SaaS

Minuttia’s GEO offer and LLMO service combine search strategy, content, digital PR and reporting. LLMO means large language model optimization. Ask how the team will use your product expertise, maintain existing pages and measure qualified enquiries.

Its named Meilisearch case reports 15,261 visitors and 55,976 website views attributed to LLM referrals between January 2025 and July 23, 2026, citing Fathom data. Visitors and views are different units, and neither equals customers. The case also reports 2,700% growth in LLM conversions without absolute conversion counts or a separately specified comparison window for that percentage. The engagement includes SEO and content work, so these observations do not isolate a GEO tactic’s effect. Retention, traffic and conversion figures should each be evaluated for the outcome you need.

Crackle PR: earned media with a defined minimum

Crackle’s pricing starts at $12,000 monthly for a B2B tech PR engagement, with six months initially and monthly terms afterward. The published base includes GEO/LLM work; dedicated, deeper GEO programs and other scope can increase the fee. Six starting monthly payments total $72,000 before extras. This PR-led engagement covers different work from a small advisory contract.

Its case listing distinguishes media coverage, estimated reach and other outcomes for named technology clients. It explains that share of voice concerns a selected competitor set, not the whole market. Consider the agency when you need media relations and have substantive expertise or news to contribute. Confirm GEO deliverables, currency and reporting in the contract. Media mentions, estimated audience reach, AI referrals and sales are separate measures.

Compare proposals using the same brief

Consider a hypothetical Vancouver installer. An assistant cites an old page and incorrectly says the company serves Toronto. Buying more mentions does not necessarily fix that error. A useful proposal would identify the cited page, verify the real service area, assign the correction to an owner, publish accurate information for customers and repeat the original checks. It should distinguish a proposed correction, a live page update and a changed AI answer. This is an evaluation example; we did not test these agencies to produce it.

Send shortlisted agencies the same business problem, target market and access constraints. Record their answers in a comparison sheet. Include the languages and locations that matter to actual buyers. English-language answers alone do not establish Canadian or US demand.

  1. What will change? Name the pages, technical work, research, content maintenance and external distribution. State who implements, who approves product or service facts, and how completed work will be checked.
  2. What will be measured? Record buyer questions, platforms, dates, language, location and repeated observations. Ask how questions are selected and how changing the sample affects comparisons. No fixed count of repetitions guarantees reliability.
  3. What counts as a business result? Keep mentions, citations, referral visits, qualified enquiries and closed revenue separate. Agree how missing source or country data will remain visible rather than being assigned to AI by assumption.
  4. What do you commit to financially? Compare fees over both the minimum contract and the same planned operating period. Add notice, currency, one-time work, software and the internal time needed to implement advice. Unknown costs are not zero.
  5. What happens at review or exit? Agree on the review date, source-report access and ownership of content, accounts and delivered work. A delivery review and a revenue review may require different dates.

The AI SEO buying guide expands these scope questions. Our GEO cost comparison explains published commitments and their limits.

Check the claim behind the number

A brand mention names a business. A citation identifies a source, often with a link. A referral visit is a recorded visit from another source. A qualified enquiry meets your agreed criteria. A vendor showing 100 citations has not shown 100 buyers, and a crawler request is not a human visit.

For any case, ask for the period, starting value and other changes. A forecast comparison differs from growth over a previous period. Revenue attributed to a channel differs from revenue shown to be caused by one tactic. Apply the same questions to our cases.

No agency controls independent assistants’ recommendations. Google’s current guidance says its generative search features build on SEO without requiring special AI files, schema or a fixed writing format. This does not establish how every assistant works. Accurate structured data can describe a page; it does not guarantee a citation. Investigate access, relevance and evidence before buying a promised position.

Frequently asked questions

What does a GEO agency do?

A GEO agency works on how a business is understood and discovered in AI-search experiences. Tasks can include technical SEO, clear service information, research, content updates, third-party coverage and measurement. Providers use overlapping terms. Our AEO, GEO and SEO comparison explains the overlap; your contract should name the actual work.

How quickly can GEO produce results?

There is no dependable universal timeline or basis for promising it will outperform classic SEO on speed. A crawlability fix, an observed citation and a qualified lead are separate milestones. Ask for a baseline, implementation dates and a review schedule. A first citation alone does not establish recurring acquisition.

Can we do the work in-house?

Yes, if your team can investigate search access, maintain accurate content, earn relevant attention and interpret the data. Compare the proposal with work your team can actually complete. A smaller advisory scope can make sense when you already have implementation capacity.

Where should we start with Strataigize?

Start with our free 30-minute growth consultation to discuss fit and scope. The separate USD 7,500 AI Opportunity Audit concerns automation planning and is not a required GEO audit fee. Bring the outcome you need, the market you serve and the work your team can support. We can assess whether a GEO engagement fits the problem.
