How done is defined.

The engagement is complete when you hold the written roadmap with ROI math on every candidate workflow. If you proceed to a build with us, the audit fee is credited toward it, as published on the pricing page.

Most audits roll into a pilot build on the top workflow. Some end with a build-nothing verdict, and we have delivered that verdict; an audit that cannot say no is a sales document.

What do we need to provide?

About three hours of interviews across the people who run the candidate workflows, read access to the tools those workflows live in, and honest answers about volumes. No engineering time is required from your side during the audit.

What if the audit finds nothing worth automating?

Then the roadmap says so, workflow by workflow, with the math that says why. You will have spent the fee learning where NOT to spend the build budget, which is cheaper than learning it from a failed pilot.

Is the fee really credited to a build?

Yes, exactly as published on the pricing page: proceed to a pilot build with us and the audit fee credits toward it. Take the roadmap elsewhere and it is simply yours.
