How AI-ready is your marketing?

You rate your team on 12 short statements across six areas of modern marketing. Each area is two statements worth 5 points each, so it scores out of 10 and is shown out of 100. Your overall score is the plain average of the six. The result quotes the two ratings in the lowest area, and in a remaining gap when the band is already Native. When those two are 3 or more points apart, we name the split; averaging it would produce a calm-looking 50 that hides the problem. It is a directional read on how your team works, and it stops short of an audit.

No. Your score, all six area scores, the quoted ratings, the two fixes, and the plan you can run yourself all render on screen with no email address and no sign-up. There is an option at the end to have the printable report emailed to you, and that is the only thing we ask an email for.

Reactive means at least one area is still 0 to 40, so most of that week is firefighting. Emerging means no area is that weak, but the work is not yet even. AI-Native means every area is 71 or above; a high average that hides one weak score does not qualify. A named area still under 85 is a remaining gap. Those bands are ours for reading the result. They are not an industry benchmark, and we do not compare you to other companies because we have no data that would make that comparison fair.

It is exactly as honest as the answers. It scores what your team says about itself; nobody inspects your stack, so a generous rating produces a generous score. When two statements in the same area disagree, that split is usually more informative than the average. The most useful way to run it is twice: once on your own, then again with the person on your team most likely to disagree with you.

So you can see the number was built from what you typed. A score that hides its inputs cannot be checked.
