Sales and intake

Outbound that qualifies on evidence before it writes a word.

An AI sales agent finds companies showing they can pay and need what you sell, finds a real decision-maker with a lawfully usable address, and drafts outreach a founder would answer. Sending stays inside the law and inside a daily budget.

Who it is for

Built for the team that does this by hand.

01

B2B companies selling an engagement of $5,000 or more, where a bad list costs more than no list

02

Founders who write their own outreach and want the research finished before they do

03

Teams burned by tools that mailed ten thousand people and booked nobody

What it does

Outbound sales agents, by the job.

Find

Finds companies from signals

Hiring posts, funding, ad activity, a live checkout, a pricing page: the engine looks for evidence of money and of need, and keeps the URL that proved each one.

Verify

Verifies the person and the address

A decision-maker named on the company's own site, with an address that satisfies Canada's anti-spam law and CAN-SPAM. No purchased guesses, no invented names.

Write

Writes what a founder would answer

One observation about the company in the first two lines, an interest question rather than a calendar link, under 120 words, and a different ask at every step.

Learn

Learns from closed deals only

Replies and meetings are recorded, but the model of what a good company looks like updates only from deals that closed and stayed.

How it is built

The build, in order.

Every system here is scoped as one bounded workflow with a written success metric and a kill threshold agreed before the build. The steps below are the ones specific to this one.

01

Define the buyer in evidence

Not a persona. The observable facts that separate a company that buys from one that browses, and the public source each fact can be read from.

02

Dry runs

The agent finds, qualifies and drafts for two weeks with sending off. You read every draft and every rejection reason, and the bar moves until the rejects are right.

03

Send inside limits

Daily send caps, per-vendor spend caps checked before each paid call, and every message signed by a named person with a working unsubscribe.

04

Measure to revenue

Positive replies, meetings held and closed-won by source, against the cost of every API and every inbox, in one daily report.

In production at Strataigize

We run this ourselves.

This is the engine that runs Strataigize's own outbound. It discovers companies, proves money and fit from independent evidence, refuses any contact it cannot use lawfully, drafts copy in a plain register that its own gates enforce, and meters every vendor against a daily spend cap checked before the call is made. Its dashboard is what our team reads each morning.

How our agency uses AI agents

Governance

What a person still approves.

  • Sending is off by default and turns on per campaign with a named sender and a daily cap
  • Canada's anti-spam law and CAN-SPAM are enforced in code: sender identification, a working unsubscribe, and a lawful basis recorded per contact
  • A contact the engine cannot use lawfully is held with a reason, never worked around

The rest of the posture is published on trust and security: client-granted access you can revoke, credentials in managed stores, an AI governance summary aligned to the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, our subprocessors, and a DPA on request. We do not hold SOC 2 and we say so there.

Price

Published, not gated.

Pilot builds $25,000 to $60,000 fixed, production retainer from $8,000 per month. Every AI build starts with a $7,500 AI Opportunity Audit over two weeks that is credited toward the build if you proceed, and a pilot is one bounded workflow on your real data over 30 to 90 days with a written success metric and a kill threshold.

The full price list is on the pricing page, and the cost drivers, with the questions that expose a padded quote, are in how much AI agents cost in 2026.

Questions

Outbound sales agents, answered.

What is an AI sales agent?
Software that does the research and drafting an SDR does before a conversation: find companies showing buying signals, identify a decision-maker, write the first message and the follow-ups, and log what happened. A person still holds the conversation and the deal.
Is AI outbound legal in Canada?
Yes, when it follows the same law as any other outbound. Canada's anti-spam legislation requires a lawful basis for each contact, sender identification, and a working unsubscribe honoured within ten business days. We build those into the send path so a flag cannot skip them.
Does it work with Instantly, Apollo or HubSpot?
The engine we run uses Instantly for sending, HubSpot as the system of record, and several data vendors for discovery. We build on the stack you already have wherever it can meet the evidence and compliance bar, and tell you when it cannot.
